The focus of our Unity Legends Fall season is to prepare players for their Winter seasons. Our coaches focus more on skill and player development than winning games in the fall.

All teams from 5th - Varsity aged will practice twice a week. After or before each practice we will have a speed/agility component added to their workout. 

Again, skill work will be the focus of the practice, so we'll go hard for an hour on moves to the hoop, passing, shooting, dribbling, guarding, rebounding and more. The rest of practice will be around game play.

We're providing teams for the following age groups. Depending on the amount of players and the gym space available, we could have multiple teams per age group. If that happens, we'll split the teams by skill level.
