Our agility and weight lifting sessions were offered during the registration process of our AAU team. 

The speed and agility sessions will take place on Tuesday from 5pm - 5:30pm for boys and 4:30pm - 5pm for girls.

The weight lifting sessions will take place on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30pm. We suggest only the 8th grade and up participate in these sessions.

If we receive more than 10 registrants we'll add a second session. 

All classes will begin the week of March 15th and will go to the end of May. We're trying this for the first time, so expect their to be some hiccups as we get started.
